Encourage Client Reviews

Direct Client Feedback and Ratings

There are a lot of websites that allow people to rate and review law firms and other businesses. These reviews help people in search of a law firm learn from the experiences of past clients.

From time to time, most attorneys receive feedback (testimonials) from clients, and it’s a good idea to include these testimonials on your website. In addition to including them on your website, however, you should encourage clients to share their experience online.

For example, if someone tells you how grateful he is for your assistance, let him know that he can share his experience on your Google Places business listing, or your profile. This will help shape your overall online presence and allow prospective clients to learn more about the quality of your legal services on your website and other business listings and profile pages.
